At the local Bloom, I can get a nice lunch for about $2 - a vacuum-packed microwavable meal. Chicken and Dumplings, Lasagna with Meat Sauce, and Teriyaki Chicken with Rice are among the options.
Tasty. And a taco dinner kit is cheap at BJ's (3 for $6).
